Mountain Lion Users - "Unidentified Developer Notice"

NOTE: Gruff 4.0.12 and later are signed with our developer key and you should no longer receive the "Unidentified Developer Note" dialog.

Please make sure you have the latest versions of Franz products. Mountain Lion introduced some additional security checks and Franz has recently updated the security registrations for our Mac products. Otherwise, you may see an "Unidentified Developer Notice" dialog when attempting to install Gruff.

You can choose to override your security settings and open the Franz Software:

• Press the Control-key and click the app.
• Choose Open from the pop-up menu.
• Click Open.

The app will be stored as an exception to your security settings, and you will be able to open it in the future by double-clicking it.
