bitmap-window

A class of window that automatically adds a bitmap-pane child window. The bitmap-pane provides backing-store for automatic redisplay of the window's contents without writing a redisplay-window method, and the automatic instantation of the child window (supplied by the superclass frame-with-single-child) makes this class suitable for windows that are also to have a toolbar or status-bar.
