Arguments: pb &optional message
pb must be a pop
mailbox. message must be a message number (an
integer) or nil. If
message is a message number, this function
returns the unique id of that message. If message
is nil or unspecified, this function returns
a list of lists of the form (message unique-id) for
all messages not marked as deleted.
