Arguments: home gate mark
As in grab-gate,
the home argument is there to specialize the
method. The car of mark is set to nil and the gate is opened. Note
that a gate has no indication of its owner, so this function may be
used to open a gate closed by another process, with all the likely
consequences of such irresponsible behavior.
