Arguments: sock &key (wait t)
If wait is true, waits for there to be a
connection to this socket and returns a new stream object that can be
used to do I/O to the connected socket. If wait
is nil and there is no connection pending it returns
nil immediately; if a connection is pending, connects and
returns a new stream object that can be used to do I/O to the
connected socket.
