Arguments: configuration
Returns (or sets with setf) whether the toolbars on the IDE's menu-bar window are currently present. Changing this property while the IDE is running toggles the toolbars on or off. When Options are saved, the current value of this property determines whether the toolbars will initially be present the next time the IDE is started up.
display-toolbars
is a property of the configuration class.
In releases prior to 7.0, the symbol naming this operator was in the
common-graphics package.
