Arguments: ide-configuration
This IDE configuration option is deprecated. It still exists for compatibility, but no longer has any effect. Refer to new-project-create-form instead.
When this option was true, it had created an initial form but had
bypassed the usual dialog asking for the window class to instantiate.
This was done so that no modal dialogs would appear at IDE startup
(when a new project had always been created), but meant that the
initial form was always of the dialog class. For these reasons,
the replacement option new-project-create-form is no
longer true by default as this option had been.
In releases prior to 7.0, the symbol naming this operator was in the
common-graphics package.
