If this variable is set to a non-nil value,
then the compiler will signal warnings if deprecated operators are
encountered (no warning is signaled when the car of the value
is nil). The compiler also collects the
operators of deprecated forms in a list and appends that onto the
value of this variable. The initial value is nil.
